Hi again - jcsplash October 17 2003, 20:54:02 UTC
I was having trouble controlling my sleeping habits. This has gone on for a few months now so I was taking medications to help me get sleep - and then some to keep me alert- and then some for added boosts when I needed them and then some when....

Yes, I'm a dork.

Is there anything I can do to help?

Thank you so much! Just knowing there are people that won't run as soon as they hear of a problem means more than anything!

Hopefully things are back on track. I think they are, and knowing how insurance companies are - they definantly believe so! ::rolls eyes::

Good luck!! fadedsound October 15 2003, 15:46:02 UTC
I've been in a similar situation, and I can tell you that it is not easy. You'll have to do things you don't want to do, and it gets tedious (an understatement) after the first two or three days. In the end you'll be better for it, though. The best advice I can give is to have a support group. That is the single most important thing you can do, is have people near you who are there for support. You can't beat addiction alone.

Again, good luck!!!

Thanks so much! We've decided to go outpatient for now - I needed a few days in to clear up a bit. We'll see how the next few days go. I hope there are no setbacks, this time was enough of an ordeal.
