Not as bad as I would have thought - spent many hours in but in all decided to do outpatient instead. Its much easier all around and I'm not in bad enough shape to need strict observation.
Some setbacks arent quite as bad as one may fear.

I'm glad to hear that you can get outpatient help. I have read studies that outpatient treatment tends to be more effective for chemical dependency because (they think) that you are introduced to coping/management techniques for living the real world very early on.
I'd like to reiterate my offer for anything I can do to help-- You helped me out so much back last May. Although I'm 600 miles away, I'm a good listener & have ton of free long distance included with my cell phone.
