So I have been on a schedule at work for over a year, working 4-9 hour days per week Tuesday through Friday. It's really been a perfect schedule for me. It allows me to travel without taking days off work, and I feel rested every Tuesday when I get back to the job. It has allowed me to save up a ton of vacation time too, which has been wonderful

look on the bright side... if you ever need a monday off (like a 'sick' day) you could travel to a warmer location and enjoy a nice 5 day weekend :)
