I love the fact that you buy edamame from the store. Although I hope you are buying Seapoint Farms edamame in the blue bag because they are amazing. The brand "steamables" or whatever is total shit. Seapoint Farms for the win.

I originally wanted to make a dish to bring to Christmas dinner but then realized an unfamiliar food would scare the bejeezus out of my down-the-bayou relatives. Mac-n-cheese it is!

Kings of Leon = Snow Patrol. Wait, wait, wait, hear me out.

The first time I heard Kings of Leon, I DID NOT like it at all. Retro, the Strokes did it. Poppy riffs, I have Hot Hot Heat. Blah blah and on and on. But it grew on me. I didn't want to like it, but it's a really good album.

Sort of like you and Snow Patrol, no? I loved that album off the bat, much more so than Eyes Open. This one has a more industrial/synthesized thang. It's fun.

I have never been much of a Strokes fan but I adore Hot Hot Heat. They are total deliciousness.

Do you have an opinion about The Talking Heads? I need some punk music.

Honestly, no opinion on the Talking Heads :(

The diversification of my musical knowledge is still in its infant stages. I didn't even get into the college indie thing until I was completely out of college.

I'll probably get into grunge sometime next year at this pace.
