So yesterday at the beach this little girl wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt had on this ugly Halloween mask with a black wig attached. She was walking all aroudn the beach, dancing, and would go up to random blankets and annoy people. Some people were laughing and thought she was hilarious. Others wanted pictures with her!
