I found this in somebody else's LJ and thought it was so classy because 1.)They obviously did NOT know the the fuck they were talking about several times, and 2.)They disabled comments so that nobody could respond to it and show her wrong. Oh, but when Clinton shoved troops into Kosovo, that was fine just because there wasn't oil there?

1) The world is overpopulated as it is. Do we really need the 3000 + babies aborted every day to live in our world as well?
2) So you're telling me Bush Sr. was responsable for our good econmomy? Riiiight. And how did he accomplish this? With his "1,000 points of light"?
3) Speaking of Canadian Health care, in Bush's debate with Al Gore, he said he would stop at nothing to make sure that American's can buy Canadian drugs. Interesting.
4) So Kerry stands up for what he believes in, and he believed we shouldn't have been in Vietnam? Good for him for displaying his beliefes.
5) Just because we need oil is no reason to go and invade Iraq. Neither is because Saddam threated Bush Sr. life.

Democracy is a flawed government. It is not perfect.

No, not protesting that we shouldn't have been in Vietnam, I have no problem with the people who protested Vietnam, it is their right. However, praising anybody who kills American soldiers is treason, plain and simple. Instead of supporting the troops, you are thumbing your nose at them and rejoicing over the fact that kids(many of whom were drafted) were being slaughtered. And like I said, the man who put us in Vietnam was a democrat to begin with.

And I know democracy is flawed, simply because people don't always agree, and there will always be the people who didn't get what they want.

And let me ask you this...

WHAT IS MR. AND MRS. ROUTE DECIDED TO HAVE AN ABORTION???

We don't live in a true democracy. According to my brother, we live in a Republic. If we lived in a true democracy, we wouldn't have the Electorial College.
