June's been pretty bad to me. On the 12th, I got into a car accident. My car was declared totalled, and today I secured a replacement.
As a refresher, Here was my previous car. A '97 Chrysler Cirrus; it was a remarkable find, with only 46k miles on it when I found it, almost seven years ago.

And today, I paid for and brought home my new and totally different car. Um...yeah. Totally different...
View 2 View 3 A 2000 Dodge Stratus, that had only 88k miles on it. For those who don't immediately grab the oddity of this situation, and don't see the similarity in the above photos, there were three autos that were collectively known as the "cloud cars"; from high-end to entry level, the Chrysler Cirrus, Dodge Stratus, and Plymouth Breeze. Aside from specific features, the cars were practically identical; these days, companies would be more likely to give them all the same badge and just tag them as SE, DX, and the like.
Two fairly remarkable finds, exactly when I needed them. If I need another new car in six years and find a THIRD low-mileage cloud car, I think I'll be frightened, though.
