"It's going well," she said as cheerfully as she could manage. She was sick and she was so sleepy and her hair was just greasy as could be unless she washed it twice a day, but the books she got said all that was perfectly normal so she felt...
Her smile fell and she covered her mouth and then turned abruptly to the sink, sure she was going to throw up again.
Thank heaven it was a false alarm.

"You're fucking sick," he said, putting his coffee down and going through the cupboards to find a glass. Filling it with water, he brought it over to her at the sink. "Better than coffee if you're gonna barf."

Still, she took the glass and gave him a grateful smile before to took a small sip to try to keep her tummy from rolling as it was. When she was better she bit her lip, considering the truth that she hadn't said to anyone other than the people who needed to know.
"I'm...not actually sick," she said softly. Savannah kind of figured with the way he'd jumped to action that he wasn't clueless.

"I talked to Logan and Jack," he admitted. "I don't think they realized I knew you. They were just excited, wanted to tell me the good news."
And it was good news, although it meant Savannah would probably feel shitty for a little while.
