Any thoughts on the new video?

any thoughts on the new video? I thought it was pretty tight. I like all of the modern choreography she is infusing into this new album... the concept behind this video is pretty cool too

I loved the video and the concept. Very cool and it will be hot playing in the clubs. However, I feel that Gil's choreography is simply boring. It's been the same moves for a while, in my opinion. Can we get Tina back?

I think the choreography was what made the video. I have a friend that danced with a famous modern dance troupe (merce cunningham) and their moves were extreamly remeniscent of moves I have seen them perform. I think some people may not see that becaus so much of dance in pop music is booty shakin' bumpin' and grindin'. Janet is definately entering new territory setting the bar higher yet again

As someone posted, I wish Janet & Tina would make up. Gil's choreography is lame. I love the new video and all, but it's the same damn stuff if you asked me.

As for Tina, Janet was her best friend. Rumor has it is that Tina's fiance was cheating and Janet knew about it and said nothing to her. Janet felt it was the guy's place to state. I think janet eluded to it on Oprah.

well that's their business, but I dunno... every choreographer has a style which makes them unique, i wonder if you would say the same thing if she still was with tina?

I probably would. Janet's dancing should be as fresh as her music. Tina, from the videos she choreographed, were different and exciting and I can't say she did the same moves. And if she did, she certainly made Janet look more animated that she does now.

Gil is not doing it for me. Just my opinoin man. LOL.

but like I said before, modern dance is a whole other can of worms...
