What you should do, which I happen to do myself, is to cover up under the covers at night real snug and curl into the fetal position. You can think of it as if you were inside your mother's warm womb. It is then that I proceed to go to town, whacking away.

Occasionally I like to kick the covers, you know, to represent the kicking I did when inside the womb. It's fun. Try it!
