Three more weeks of shoulder immobilization in a sling. Then physical therapy. Full range of motion and strength by the end of the year. Maybe.

Gotta admit, I'm feeling a little down lately. Since I can't really bike or swim (two things that help me in these type of situations), I'm going to have to find something else to lift me up. Ideas?

My assistant manager asked me today if I had any changes for my work schedule for the summer. One thing came to mind. Reducing my weekly hours. Any thoughts?
