1- why do females need a ligament to attach their uterus to their labia majora? I don't understand.

2- how is it at all fair that the worst and most invasive breast cancer is also the most common (and I'm talking 3 of 4!)

1. because that's how we lift things. Or possibly, those ligaments would be attached to testes, if there were any. Just a stab in the dark.
2. it's not fair. but I don't think that's the point of cancer. not that it has a point...
