Did u get a chance to read the whole thing? At the bottom the mention some possibilities. They also mention that patients without insurance get less CTs etc & I wonder how much of that is due to the patient saying the don't want it or the doc deciding not to? I don't know

Yeah I must have missed the stress bit, I remember the part about less procedures. I guess that makes sense. I've had so many unnecessary x-rays it's amazing I don't glow. But if something had shown up on any of them...

yeah, I know. My doc sent me for an unnecessary xray "just in case." But thinking epidemiologically, I think hearing something like, "you know, there is an X% chance that something is up. It most likely is fine, so we can either send you over for an x-ray now, or you can call me in 2 months if the symptoms haven't improved and we can discuss it then ( ... )
