Ghostly Haunting

Your reflection in the mirror,

that voice echoing through my head.

Secretly thinking about you,

knowing that the truth can not be known.

A body longing for your touch,

lips wanting to taste.

Irrational ideas of the past,

idealistic wants for the future.

Wishing for what can’t be,

wanting the impossible.
