They huddled underneath the slide, eyes gleaming with untold secrets and untampered imagination. It was their special hide-out, even if wasn't particularly exclusive or hidden. A small pile of candy sat between them as they escaped the sun and the air drenched in summer.
“We'll be friends forever,” Kitayama grinned at the younger boy, sticking his pinky out, trying to sound mature and oh, so grown-up.

Kazuma settles down in his usual chair, the frown smoothing away from his face as he closes his eyes. The day has just been a strange one and while he doesn't have a headache, he finds it hard to concentrate.
Someone bumps his knee and upon opening his eyes, he finds Ryousuke leaning over him, a can of Kazuma's favorite iced coffee in hand.
“I know it's your favorite,” is all the other says before plopping it in his lap, moving to claim the couch as his own again, a nap on the schedule.
Kazuma bites back a smile.

“They're totally weird!” Aya laughs behind a hand as she talks to the interviewer. “Like, they're always claiming that they're not that close, but we'll be on set, doing stuff, and Taipi will go 'Ah, Kitayama' and he's already doing it. Without saying anything!”
“It's like they're psychic,” Takuro agrees.
Fujigaya flails a bit and Kitayama smiles crookedly. When the interviewer turns a curious eye to him, he shrugs.
His Fujigaya senses have been honed for nearly seven years, but it loses its magic when he tries explaining how the other's eyes say it all.
