At first, Miyata turns white at the picture, but takes a moment to read the headline:

When he starts laughing, Kitayama demands to know what is so funny. Miyata merely points to the headline. Now both are in a fit of laughter.
Tamamori walks over to them to see what all the commotion is. He looks at the magazine, not finding it as funny. “I am not a girl!”
