The only one I have is my own personal bag, but I can ask around and see if anyone I know has an extra for sale. What would your budget for the bag be?

Man, wanna trade brothers? Mine never gets me anything! Haha! I'm glad your enjoying the cookbook and strap! I'll ask around and see if anyone's got a bag they'd be willing to sell. No guarantees though! It's one of the harder to find items from that concert.

Umm..are you in Japan? If so, your school/work should help you set up a bank account. It's not something I can really help with. You will have to go to the bank in-person to do it. For paypal, you only need to follow their instructions. You should be able to connect any bank account in Japan to paypal so the bank itself does not matter. Also, I wasn't able to get the 4 TEN photos you requested. They were not available at the shop anymore (though, you may still want to have your friend check when she goes to Tokyo....I think the Nagoya shop is smaller and may not have as much photo space as the shop in Tokyo).
