Gathering Update.
Hi everyone! ^__^ So here are some updates about the gathering and some more info that you need to know.
1. We need to know the exact number of people who will join the gathering, so please VOTE or LEAVE A COMMENT.
If you have an LJ account, please VOTE HERE.
If you don't have an LJ account, please COMMENT HERE (or add lhukhe_ry09, cristinaamor, or ysabelandrei0214 in YM).
Please remember that if your parents/guardians are coming, each of them has to pay 300 Php, too and they have to comment, too. If you have other friends who will be joining us, please tell them to VOTE or COMMENT, too.
WE NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO WILL JOIN.
Deadline of voting/commenting is on May 3, 2008 (Saturday, 11:59pm).
2. The waiver and map are already posted HERE.
Please take those if you need them. ^___^ The waiver is in PDF format so that no one can edit them. You will need a PDF reader to read and print it out.
3. The 300 Php contribution is actually your entrance in Arlit Farms. The money that we gathered from the past gatherings and pooled from the organizers' other contributions (aside from the entrace) would be used for the food, transportation, prizes, etc.
So even if you're going to the place using your private car/commute there on your own, you still need to pay 300 Php.
4. If you can, please bring food or drinks that you would like to bring. Chips, cookies, coke, bread, etc.
5. We would also like to know who would go in the 8am, 10am, and 12pm entrance batches. So we set up a POST for that. We would also like to know everyone's contact numbers so that we can contact you or you can contact us when you can't make it on time. ALL COMMENTS WOULD BE SCREENED.
