It's gotten more evenly spread over the past few years. I was the only Ueda fan in a row of Kame fans when I saw the Chain tour but at Come Here there were a couple of Nakamaru and Junno fans around me. Unfortunately, unless the others can gain the success Kame has had, I doubt it will ever even out given KAT-TUN's promo patterns over the years . I'm mostly Ok with that. Although I'm disappointed they'll (probably) never reach the very top, I'm happy for the successes they have and that they can still thrill me after seven years.

I guess that's better than Arashi fandom, which is like watching a fangirl go into that ice cream parlour, get nothing but a bucket of sprinkles and tells everyone she's never tried any of the other toppings or ice cream flavours before but she's pretty sure sprinkles are the greatest of sweets ever.

the arashi metaphor is easy to get, but I'm not sure of the kanjani one, does it have the same meaning as secret 03?

Pretty sure it means that there are a lot of people in K8 fandom that dislike a part of Kanjani, or Kanjani's music (often a large/key part), who keep going into something that is clearly labeled as something they know they don't like, burying themselves in that something via deliberate exposure/replaying/rewatching, and bitching very publicly about how it's the worst thing ever and anyone who DOES like it is an idiot, all the while STILL playing/watching/exposing themselves to the thing that they hate.
