for those who are finished with eclipse/new moon (twilight series)

 i have a dilemma.
i'm almost done with New Moon (im holding off finishing it until i get eclipse)
and i really want to know, despite being spoiled,

in which book do edward and bella do it?
i heard they did.

or in which book does bella become a vampire?
i'm guessing its eclipse...
