after almost 25 years of being lazy, i'm ready to cut it out.

but how you guys? when inaction is deeply ingrained into who a person is, how do they snap out of it?

start waking up early, and exercising!
that makes me not want to nap, EVER, and makes me want to do things!

i do that five days a week when i go to work at the bakery. but when i get home i'm super exhausted and end up passing out. maybe i'll start eating more fruit. or maybe i need more protein. i don't know.
