Loved it. See? Even when Sam is sick as a dog, Gene can't resist him. And I LOVED that Gene is taking care of Sam, but he still acts perfectly in character. You do see his concern, but he doesn't coddle Sam. Excellent!

Oh, Sam. Even when you're sick, you're still a filthy little tart, and it makes me love him even more ;P

That was, I'm struggling to think of a word other than cute but it's the only word that's coming to mind. Especially Gene looking after him, even though he puked all the holy white loafers.

And, somewaht embarrasingly, the not wanting to leave the cool comfort of bathroom tiles after having to vomit rings too true in my case (possibly a few too many alcohol related incidents...)

hehe you're a bathroom tiles girl too? I'm not a big drinker but the one time i did I was much more comfotable there and the thought of moving was not something I wanted to entertain.

Ohhh yes. I've been known to be sick after a big night of drinking and just curl up on the tiles until I know that I'm not going to throw up anymore and can manage the long journey to my bedroom (all 10 or so steps). I think it's something about the coldness, it sobers you up a bit. And that's probably more information than you ever needed to know. ;P

Awww this was great! Sweet and funny, despite the vomit! LOL! And I love Gene being so gruff and annoyed yet taking care of Sam anyway. And Sam's somewhat delirious proposition? Perfect!
