I was just wondering, since I plan to start a strenuous exercise regiment of my own... what do you do at Nubody's? What's your work out routine and how long does it last? You go every other day? :O that's like 3 times a week?

and thanks! I'm kinda intense about it and weird. I like to run for about 20 mins to start so that I'm exhausted before I even hit the machines... it's kinda gross b/c I'm all sweaty, but it feels good. I just go from machine to machine with no particular order so my body doesnt get used to a routine. A lot of people break up their body by day, but I like to do it all and get a good burn all over... but pace myself: as in don't work the same muscle two times in a row.
I don't know if that helped at all. sorry. lol
I'm usually there for about 2 to 2 and a half hours.

I do find that I like to do cardio before I do weights too! and then I go back for more cardio before I go... I don't go nearly as often as you tho... more like once a week =P.

I saw some of your posts at the, gaysextips blog/community and you seemed intersting! Sorry if that sounded stalkerish. Rest assured I'm not? (as I was typing this I realized how creepy it would be, and that would probably be exactly what a stalker would write... anyhoo I'm cycling and going nowhere)

Also, 'Danny' still isnt here a month later and I'm sad... but Wraeththu is AMAZING!! You must read it! I just started book 2 and am as involved as one can!
...i just wish the sex scenes were more graphic... oh Danny where are you? lol
