I worked the head of the battle duck today, gotta dowel and glue it on, drill the wiring holes, and give it a final evening up and smoothing, then its fiberglass, paint, install stereo system, and enjoy. At least the hard parts almost done. Thoughts ( Read more... )

Today at the pool, I hit a pigeon with a frisbee mid-flight, and knocked it out of the air into the pool. It flew away/ Not sure if Im I the worst guy ever, or if it was the the sweetest throw on the planet.

Lifes been good. Beth was in town for about 10 days, good times. Still looking for a better job, contemplating another move, maybe to CA, Vegas, or Tucson. Doing a lot of grillin and chillin. Went up to Apache Lake on St. Paddy's day good time were had.

So this weekend was pretty brutal. Saturday and Sunday went well, Friday was a cluster fuck though. Saturday me and Mike roadtripped down to Tuscon to catch the Dead To Fall show, hung out with the boys, saw a buddy or two, good times. Yesterday, I got my hands on some rip-stop nylon parachute canvass. Of course Im gonna find something to do with it, so I gave it a minute, and then dug a broken jumbo frisbee out of the closet. Dissected it, figured out the design, improved the design, and laid out a plan of attack.
