The Princess Bride
Braveheart
Lord of the Rings (The whole thing since it's really one stinking long movie)

Mmmkay, thanks. I've still never seen Braveheart--I was actually just talking about that at work the other day, to my regular workplace movie-buff-guy. He almost yelled at me.

ummmm, okay, really quick without putting too much thought into it (because picking only 3 is like really really hard):

chicago
lord of the rings (all)
shawshank redemption

but also, princess bride, primal fear, clueless, forrest gump. hell, here's my top ten list that I made two years ago:

Thanks...I'm looking for rental suggestions to catch up on all those things I never saw and remind myself to re-watch those I loved...

I saw the Shawshank redemption so long ago that it's definitely worth a re-watching. I've seen everything else (and own some of 'em!) except for Primal Fear, which I'm definitely going to have to watch; I'm a big Edward Norton fan.

Okay, I own Casablanca, and I've seen A Few Good Men (although quite a while back), but I've never even heard of Beautiful Girls (at least I don't think so)...?

Usual Suspects = good movie!

I've only seen a few minutes of Run Lola Run, and I always wanted to see the rest. This is why you ask peple for recommendations!

I'll check out The Color Purple too, but probably not before I read the book ;)
