i'm bored and i've been tagged??

my computer is unhooked so i can't see what i've been playing on itunes lately so these are coming from my memory. i'm sure a lot of them will be really old cause there are a few songs i will always love...here we go!
1. the shins - new slang: i love the shins!!!!!! this song makes me really happy because it reminds me of driving in the car last spring when it was just beginning to get warm and sunny.
2. the postal service - nothing better: this song reminds me of driving to new york for spring break cause it was all we listened to for the few hours i was awake on the drive up. but i have to also mention brand new colony cause it has my favorite line from a song in it, "i'll be the platform shoes and undo what heredity done to you. you won't to strain to look into my eyes" it's so sweet!
3. the decemberists - july, july!: i always have this song stuck in my head so i guess i'm currently "digging it". this is one of the bands kevin's downloaded that i've actually taken the time to listen to and they rock
4. stars - your ex-lover is dead: i really like this song and i love the girls voice.
5. the shins - gone for good: so i really like the shins a lot if you can't tell. "just leave the ring on the rail for the wheels to nullify"
6. dashboard confessional - as lovers go: dashboard will always be one of my favorites so i had to put it on here.
7. counting crows - accidently in love: this song makes me smile and the counting crows rock my socks!
8. alkaline trio - every thug needs a lady: i haven't really listened to the new alkaline trio cd but i hear it's awesome but for now i have to stick with this song because i love the way they sing.
9. alkaline trio (again) - metro cover: i've loved this song since my first year of college. it's awesome and if you haven't heard it you should download it.
10. the shins - know your onion!: for some reason i love the lyrics to this song. i could basically just have written that i love every shins song, huh?
