Yeah, I'm feeling pretty self-pitying. I feel like my life is at a stand-still. I'm not really doing anything. The past two and a half years of school have been pretty much for nothing. I'm no more adult or mature than I was when I was sixteen years old. Also I weigh more than I did at 16.

If you want help on the food front, DW and I have the healthy_nanoers group to track our food. Basically the idea is we just post what we eat every day. We're both doing Weight Watchers, but it doesn't really matter. Actually, I'm not doing it yet, as I don't have a kitchen, but well, you get the idea.

99% of my attention is online too.
How about this, I'll eat healthy with you and you can call/txt me when you're having a problem with it.
And as for the gym, I wouldn't worry about that, just try and stay as active as you can including walking. You could also do your own workout routine at home. I'd suggest taking up belly dancing. It'll make you feel sexy and help you exorcise.

Definitely join the comm! The more the merrier as I'm a bit alone on it right now since Rel doesn't have a kitchen yet. ;)

Keeping track really helped me in the past and I found if I go a day/week/month without it.. The weight piles back on.

Exercise has never been easy for me but I'm going to start doing Yoga and walking and other things like that.

We're all here to help. Just gotta put forth the effort sweet pea. *snug*
