Also I'm going to cheat and use 2 for some (or maybe just one)
Clark-Lex:
1. First staredown in Descent. The scene had no words just the two looking at each other and I was just drawn in very much..
2. Scene in the finale: Just perfect and a great set up of their future relationship (which ultimately was tainted)
Clark-Chloe:
1. Almost kiss in Tempest. I could see that Clark was literally seeing Chloe in a whole new light (as in the whole ep) with the stares and such..and how he made the first move I think.
2. Their confrontation in Exile. To me it really highlights the Tom-Allison chemistry in a big way. They weren't afraid to get in each others face..really intense.
Clark-Lana:
1. I forget the episode but when they just scream at the end..it was cute I feel.
Clark-Lois
1. In Arrival when he thanks her for saving his parents..a nice genuine moment amidst all of Lois' insults.

I love the Chlark scene from Exile, especially since I know he tripped and fell on her, which cracks me up (Allison was just fine).
I believe the episode with that Clana scene was Hothead. And I do love that moment too.

Clark & Lana I LOVE the morning after scene in "Hidden" where they wake up in bed and Clark is all panicked about his parents finding out. Lana gets some funny lines for once, pretending she wants to stay for breakfast and when Clark wants to know if she's mad at him, she half rolls her eyes and says "Furious"! Such a cute & charming scene.
Clark & Lois At the end of Apocalypse, Clark is so sad, worried about Lana. He's come to the Planet to borrow a computer and Lois comes over to try and cheer him up. She admits she doesn't do well with "sad" and remembers how Clark consoled her after the break-up with Oliver. She gives him a little punch on the arm and tells him she's taking him out for a beer. Clark blinks at this and Lois reminds him that they're legal now, and leads him off. It was one of the first scenes where I believed in their friendship and saw the potential for more.
Clark & Chloe At the end of Truth, Chloe apologizes for her actions while on the Levitas drug. ( ... )

You and I are sharing a brain on that Clana scene. I adore it. And Tom and Kristin had so much easy, fun, sexy chemistry going on. Makes me wonder what those actors would've accomplished without the angst-fest.
I love that Chlark scene from Trust because of the DVD commentary, where Allison says "It always feels so good to hug him". Thats so adorable.
Thats a great Clois scene. Some of their early friendship scenes are among my favorite Clois scenes.

I bet! I would never get tired of Tom-hugs. Love that she says her head is the perfect chin-rest for Tom!

It was such a waste to have them veer back into angst so quickly.
You are not kidding on how hard it is to nail down a Clex scene. I still haven't decided on one.
I would have to do a Top 100, I kid you not!
