It is NOT JUSt Teddy Bears chatchien October 2 2011, 19:41:22 UTC
...Protecting Innocent Children From Monsters Under the Bed...

Hey!!!! It is NOT just Teddy Bears! Have you seen Barbie's Monster Eradication Weapons which go well with her Fight the Monster Killer Outfit? And Raggedy Ann is a Beast---A BEAST---when she defends her child in the Dark of the Night from the Dark Thing in the Closet.

I've been watching Revenge too. It could lose that younger brother of the sailboat guy, as I see that it has just lost the Dad. And I am still trying to figure out the IT guy. I like him, but...he did have a funny look on his face when he gave up the house to Amanda/Emily. As long as everything and everyone is Twisty---this show has Good Trash TV potential.

I gave up on SPN last season. I don't know that even transforming Cass will get me back.

Oh, Barbie is totally kick-ass. She will turn her Dream House into a Nightmare if you mess with her. ;)

Its just speaking as someone whose first Teddy Bear still sits proudly on her dresser, I'm a bit partial.

One of the things I like about Nolan, the IT guy, on Revenge is that he's still an enigma, and that keeps you guessing about him. But its done in a subtle way which I appreciate. His efforts to buy Jack as a friend are sort of touching, in a pathetic way.

SPN is something I'll watch till the end. Its like Smallville in that way that I'm just committed to seeing it through until the end, whatever happens.

There's no doubt that this show looks amazing. And the 2 lead actresses are both attractive and engaging. Unfortunately the pilot was dead boring, and I'm not even sure what this is supposed to be about. Spy stewardess?

The spy aspect is what I find problematic. It's just so high concept and soap opera-ish. I know it has to try to find something that makes it stand out beyond just a workplace drama and the camp and the look of it works well, but the spy thing is just too over the top to me.

Jack Huston a standout as the damaged Richard

He's outstanding! I love Richard Harrow. He's superb in that role.

I do feel like the women on this show aren't nearly as interesting as the men, and I wish that was addressed. Both Aleksa Palladino and Paz de la Huerta could disappear from the show tomorrow, and I'm not sure you'd even feel a ripple.Paz really has no place, I hope Aleksa's character rebounds. She was getting interesting last season. I want to see more of Gretchen Mol. She's not Atia level, but I love how her character is ( ... )

I didn't watch Pan Am last night because I was watching Homeland, and I knew I was going to choose one or the other. But Homeland kicked all sorts of ass, so bye-bye to Pan Am for me.

No Richard last night on BE. *sadface*

I agree with you that New Girl is just a very easy, happy show to watch and no thinking is required. Nothing at all wrong with shows like that.

I'm so glad that so much of my flist likes Revenge. I love that we still have shows in common.

Pan Am wasn't bad at all. Its just that I don't think it has what it takes to get me tuning in week after week, and possibly stronger male characters would help with that.

What I'm doing right now is watching New Girl, and then flipping over to Ringer and catching the last half hour. I think the show might be more tolerable for me if I'm not watching it for an hour.

I think Terra Nova is going to be problematic.

I use to be a Dean girl with SPN, but now I'm a Sammy girl. Its just hard not to feel so sorry for the poor guy.

There is no way that Goughlar should've been in charge of a show like Charlies Angels. I don't see them as female friendly writers/showrunners at all.

OK Mr Welling, you're really starting to cheese me off now. Time to get back in front of the camera, NOW!
He should play the Boss Leviathan on Supernatural, rise up out of the water on a shell like Venus de Milo, then make out with Jensen.

I love Darren Criss, but I think I'm still waiting for Blaine to become a real character, with flaws and dimensions
He's very cute & a great singer/dancer but I haven't seen much in the way of acting yet. Perhaps the show is too focused on keeping him the Idealized Boyfriend. And it's ridiculous he's now supposed to be younger than Kurt when he looks a few years older.

Cautiously hopeful for this week's Mike Chang episode. He's my Glee crush!

SPN is off to a good start. I liked that they ended up with real, medical-attention requiring injuries at the end of ep 2. Raises the stakes. Misha said at DCon that when he was filming the LeviaCas scenes he had food poisoning & had to keep running away to be sick!

I would LOVE Tom on Supernatural. He could even direct the ep he's in. I'm sure it would be a ball of laughs for everyone involved. But apparently Tom is going to just not work at all.

Its so depressing, because this is really what I thought he's do all along. I wanted to be wrong, and there did seem to be some encouragement there when he seemed to be saying all the right things. But deep down, I knew he'd pull a disappearing act, and I do think the longer he's away, the less likely it is for him to re-emerge.

Darren Criss' Blaine sort of exists to do some fun musical numbers, and be Kurt's perfect boyfriend (since Kurt is Murphy's avatar). And its a shame, because I think he's capable of being more then that.

I think Mike is cute, but he's another one that just doesn't have much dimension as a character. Maybe this upcoming ep will help with that.

Having had food poisoning, I can't think of anything worse then having to work through it.

I'm with you on missing Castiel. He became an integral part of the show for me. I have a hard time believing that he won't be back at some point though. I don't read spoilers for SPN though, so maybe not ( ... )

I have no clue if Cas will be back on SPN, its just that its the sort of show where dead rarely means dead forever.

I think Pan Am is fun for the nostalgic quality, but I'm just not sure what the show is supposed to be.

Terra Nova is like Falling Skies, and to me, suffers from the exact same problems. I don't think its a coincidence that Speilberg has his fingers in both, since he seems to like this familial angst with the kids thing.

Madeline Stowe looks great, doesn't she? I've always thought she had an icey manner to her, so this role seems like it was made for her.

On PR, I think Victor is probably the best of the lot, but there's just something lacking in her personality which makes it hard to get excited about him or his clothes. I like Anya, but I feel like we keep seeing the same sort of thing from her. I suspect Anya is going to win though.

I hope you're right about Mr Welling, though I suspect he's just hanging out with his rich wife and playing golf, and sailing, and not doing much else.
