My little brother is a genius. He always finds/figures out little things in games and I'm like whaaaat? He started my other game (Black), and he started playing at night. This is important. Not long after he goes "BATFACES! TONS OF BATFACES!" and I go "....huh?" How could he have possibly seen Woobats that early? (He calls Woobat "Batface", haha

Easy! I used Kokoromori in my first playthrough (that I never beat, but got up to Lv 42-25ish team wise). Same with Scrafty (wince, names) and Zebstrika, who are also top favs. I'll train them for real post-game, don't worry :D I'm very gradually becoming alright with the name Swoobat, it still sucks in comparison though D: I think I actually dislike Scrafty more, now XD

I have no idea! I actually haven't had much time to play due to school and work, but granted, I am not THAT far ahead of you. :p

Well, I almost always completely ignore gender and just use whatever I catch first. I don't even care if the nicknames don't make sense gender-wise, haha.

Uhh, wtf, Nintendo? Why would they take away such an awesome improvement? I hope that you can still do lvl. 100 vs other people or I will be really disappointed. :/ Hmm, I'll have to look into the IV thing. I wouldn't be surprised if there was still some way to control it. And I disagree, considering there is an IV checker and HGSS introduced an easier way to pass on IVs while breeding, so I don't think it's supposed to be completely hidden. That and I think they're important. If you have a 0 IV for say, HP, you are losing 31 stat points. That is a big deal. Of course, I do think they should just make our lives easier and do away with them and give every Pokemon flawless hex 31 IVs

I don't even have school and you're ahead of me! But I wasted an hour and a half catching a Modest Victini just in case I ever wanted to use one, and I soft resetted for an Adamant Archen for 20 minutes, so... yeah XD

I lean towards heartbats, but I like fluffbats as well <3

No harm in starting a new file as long as you don't save over your game, so give it a go! It's worth it.

Eeek! That scene is really awesome, isn't it? Two of the three times I started at night... I think I'll start at night again :D Little Koromoris are so much cuter than the Mamepatos~

I started my game at night, so I didn't know that there was a difference in the openings. xD Makes sense, though.

I say to go for Emolga, if its more of a favorite. :) I also play for favorites, although I usually end up balancing my team pretty well. I love so many of the Pokemon this gen that it's hard to choose!

I never do the EV training thing, because I have no patience for it. xD I don't go online to fight people, though, so it doesn't matter much for me.

Also, I love that you nicknamed your Pokemon! I think it's more fun when you do. I've nicknamed every single 'mon I've caught, even the ones I don't plan on ever training for a team. xD
