I hope you get hired at my place of employment. (but not on my project, it's a hellhole). Then we can have lunch and go for walks together. :-)

Me too! But they went dead silent after telling me they'd let me know last monday about my interview time in person. All the options I really want are down in the Bay though, so either way I get Girlie Mondays!

There is no reward for doing the right thing, so people don't bother.

Worse than that: If you do the right thing, you're MORE likely to get screwed.

Yes, never tell your manager sooner than two weeks in advance of your leaving. Companies don't exist to help you.
