You know, I've read a lot of different ideas about how to track your weight. One friend that's been successful says to weigh only once a week. Another says don't weigh, just measure. I'm approaching this from the healthy/cheaper front. It's a *lot* cheaper to bring my lunch, and my husband cooks and shops for healthy foods, so if I just do it, that will help. Also, the exercise part is helpful because that cuts down on my appetite. I'll call you a lot to drag you along for exercise.

It totally is! I try to pack my own lunch as often as possible, and only allow myself salads when eating out at work.
