As you all know, I'm still in the Arashi fandom but not as hardcore as before~ I may be a multi-fandom girl by now but I will not leave Arashi! They literally changed my life and just leaving them...is simply sad....They've given so much memorable experience and memories~ I

I used to be on LJ 24/7 coz my Arashi cravings depended on the activities here. Now after 4 years I'm not so hardcore anymore and I'm not even that up to date on the news, but still I can't leave them. This is something I can't erase from my past, despite all the old fandoms I've left and never looked back on. And I still hypocritically get so sad when ex-fans leave or when I think Arashi are unfairly bashed.

Well, just a word from someone who understands.

And I kinda get you, things tends to mellow out >< I had my peak time when Arashi was MY EVERYTHING but the flow of life changes that :P I feel you so so much XD My first fandom was Kanjani8 yet I don't feel sad leaving em at all but for Arashi, there's somehow strings attached to em >< But well, it's not so bad staying in the fandom. They do updates a lot, good music, funny TV shows and entertainment~

lol. I still write, but now inconsistently and actually I don't read much anymore also. But you're an Arashi fanfic writer too <3 Do you still plan to write?

I used to download like crazy especially since I'm a collection fanatic and I want to own/organize everything, but I guess losing two external hard-drives and a laptop full of Arashi stuff also chipped away at my obsession. Conclusively there was too much to redo and some things that I can no longer get (the end of MegaUpload was a disaster to fandom) so I sort of gave up. I rejoice when subbers upload to streaming sites these days because I can see episodes right away without downloading, although not a lot do it.

Were you referring to the Nino BayStorm post on Arama? I was curious enough to check it out. Anyway, I hope you're feeling better now and don't take it too seriously. I still get so butthurt too, but thankfully now at least in the Arashi fandom I've become a little thick-skinned.

I stopped writing a year ago but I started again recently....I don't have much to do since I'm on a break from studying and I've like some ideas in mind, so I kinda want to give it a shot again~ It ended up that I find writing fun again xD So I'm continuing it for now ^^

I think a true fan is someone who likes the band's music and like the music they make.

IKR~~ Well, everyone's opinions vary yet I believe that if u don't know them u have no rights to criticize them so your point is invalid :P

I'm not sure if I'm a true fan haha~ I do enjoy what they produce but I feel distant somehow :P oh well~ haha

ARAMA is the shittiest website ever....but other than Arama, I don't know where else to get infos on Jpop and stuff >< It's a good site for something other than Arashi's post....I know Arashi is still at their peak of fame and lots of them are quite butthurt so yeah, I kinda understand why they'd be bashed...

Hahaha~ I guess I WAS crazy~ Now I'm normal xD A lot of things had happened in life and I couldn't be as crazy as before but being a normal fan isnt bad~ It's like watching something from afar! hahaah~~
And yes, I'm never good at dealing with people with small brains ><
But I do agree with you, we can't expect any better from them coz they're humans too, even Arashi~ I'm sure they've a lot of flaws but those people have no rights to criticize them as well, coz they're not perfect at all...they're simply bitchy keyboard warriors with a stick up their asses! haha xD
