I'm seriously. It was written as chalk graffiti on the sidewalk (which is how most minor events are advertised outdoors).

Seriously. I still remember my first day, on my way to class, I move out of the way cause I thought I heard a bicycle behind me, and then *whoosh* some guy on a unicycle.

More then likely its to do with the kyoto protocol written in 97 (I think) about how the worlds leaders have to act about global warming and reducing the CO2 levels
Now my polatics are crap (lol America....sorry ;]) but I THINK that Mr Bish is in talks about the kyoto protocol and whether hes going to join it (I doubt it)
