Yeah, I know. I couldn't see this story NOT ending in porn, but I don't really write porn so I more hinted at it. I leave it up to your imagination about what happens next. ;)

I totally understand about the porn . . . but I was actually thinking about the "marriage" bit. Like . . . how Arthur acts with Merlin as his husband, or how Camelot receives it's new king consort/sorcerer, or lol how the knights react to this. Porn would be awesome, but I think I'd like to see your take on their life together after their marriage. I'm pretty sure it'll be just as fun and amazing as this story.

I actually spent some time thinking about that. But I never really had a plot for a potential sequel. What I may not have made clear that while the unity spell is LIKE a marriage ceremony, my idea is that it isn't. As far as the land and The Old Religion are concerned, Arthur and Merlin are bound to one another for the rest of their days. However, I envisioned it as Gwen marries Arthur in Camelot but she is wife in name only. As far as anyone knows, she really is his wife in all aspects though. I envisioned that the unity spell was secret and no one who wasn't there knew that Arthur went through it with Merlin rather than Gwen. In my mind, Arthur wears the torc proudly and claims it was something of his father's (not a lie) and then says no more about it. Merlin still wears Ygraine's torc but does so in secret under his neckerchief and no one knows about it (except for maybe Gaius ( ... )

Also, the ending was fab. Hee, loved the twist with it.

Yeah, I love George. I wish the series had done more with him. I had a lot of fun playing with him in this. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the feedback. :)

Their voices were spot on and I loved Merlin and Arthur's banter!

Thank you. I tried really hard to make them as much like canon as I could. Their banter is my favourite part of the show.

That was great. Loved the action and how frustrated Arthur was when George started talking back, loved that he wanted to punish Merlin for George's pushiness. Loved the ending. Hee!

Thanks! Well of course Merlin would do anything he could to corrupt George. And if that failed well... Arthur blames everything on Merlin anyway. ;)
