I need to reboot myself

I have been thinking a lot about my habits and the things I do during the day, and more and more I see that I need a good reboot.
  • Clean out the fridge and pantry of things I do not really eat or should not really eat.

If you are going to clean out the pantry and fridge to 'reboot' your mindset on eating habits, you should also re-arrange where you put the foods. Maybe spices were on the bottom shelf. Move them to the middle shelf and put something else there. That kind of thing. That way you are confronted with different foods where you 'expect' to find something you are looking for - maybe instead of mallomars you now see green beans - and you will likely reboot your eating habits as well.

Being on the receiving end of much psychological rebooting...

While you're thinking through the day, notice if you are putting positive spins on the little things, or negative. Literally, is the glass half full or empty. And if you see that you tend towards the negative, what kind of spins COULD you put on it to be positive?

Just a thought from a psych patient. :)
