So yesterday I went to see The Seeker which is based on Susan Coopers The Dark is Rising. Tonight's Pacific Symphony Concert was "A Tribute to John Williams". It was a lot of fun. They played stuff from Harry Potter, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, ET, Close Encounters, Jurassic Park and much more. Oh, and some of  the 501st was there. Good Times.

The weather has been hot and dry. I hate this time of year. Especially this year since our spring was dry too. I haven't been sleeping well this past week my brain is just too busy and doesn't want to shut down.  On top of that my printer is refusing to work. This was actually really hard to come up with. I've done a lot of things.

This still cracks me up. Plus its catchy.

After about 10 hours worth of reading I have finished the infamous HP book 7. It is, in my opinion, better written than the last two and was well worth the wait. I am however not entirely pleased with the ending.

And that is all I will say for now. . .

I haven't felt much like writing lately however I should make a couple quick notes...

1) Santa Cruz last weekend was really fun

2) My mom had to put the cat down on Tuesday. It was sad and unexpected but necessary.
