Splinter Cell looks fun, but it's Xbox only, and non-multiplayer. I think the game Impossible Creatures could be a good SC replacement,because it plays similarly and has lots of nifty options, like being abot to build your own units from scratch....I got one of the 20,000 online betas....if you want a copy just ask....my FTP is down and will stay that way for a while :-(
