One of my favorite dialogues in the whole series.
Bailey: “I delete data like you on the way to real errors.”
Garrus:That’s a little… extreme Shepard.
Shepard: Laugh it up Garrus.
Bailey: Buggy though. It crashed every half hour. The error message was about how the galaxy was at stake and you should fix the problem yourself.
The way Bailey delivers it is priceless. Auahahahaha god it never gets old. I love the VI in ME3 also.

Crying again. Mordin. Mordin. He sang the song. THE SONG. Mass Effect 3 Ruined it for me. *gross sobbing*
I am so goddamn attached to my scientist salarian. Favorite new character from ME2. Him and Legion but Legion comes so late in the game :(
I really have to stop liking characters. Something bad ALWAYS happens to the characters I fall in love with. I should just hate the characters I like so that they don’t die horrible deaths or end up losing everything they love or end up alone and bitter.
KARA REPLAYS THE MASS EFFECT SERIES: LOG 29
Ahh the little black dress. That was a cute, sexy, elegant, and simple dress that was so classy. Made Shepard look gorgeous, Kasumi had good taste. See that’s why she should have picked out Shepard’s casual wear in the third game. Apparently Shepard can’t dress herself in anything except armor.
Donovan Hock has the most ridiculous accent I have ever heard. I can’t figure out if its Australian or New York or who knows what. Its hilarious to listen to him talk.
I just got the Dragon Age reference in the Hock vault. Ah those Ogres were a pain to take down. Its awesome to feel like I know the universe (mass effect or otherwise) so much better now.
WHAHAH when an enemy goes down Kasumi goes “Hah hah!” in a singy voice ahah. I never use her in my squad so I’d never heard it before :D
I always tell her to destroy the memories. It hurts me to do it but she needs to move on and live outside in the world, not inside his head. She’s a strong woman, but I don’t think its safe for her or for whoever is affected by the information to keep it.
KARA REPLAYS THE MASS EFFECT SERIES: LOG 30
Samara Morinth mission. She’s a woman who’s lost everything so she could lose one more. It’s a mission that carries a lot of weight.
Headcanon time:
Samara is my Shepard’s stand in mother. They were both missing something, Shepard a mother lost on Mindoir, Samara two daughters lost because of what she’d made them. They found a kinship with that. When Shepard was up late filing reports she’d do them in starboard observation with Samara. Samara would just meditate and Shepard would sift through papers while the hum of biotics filled the room. Sometimes Samara would tell Shepard stories of her early days as a justicar or her maiden days. Sometimes she’d just sit and watch. Shepard would talk about her teenage days on Mindoir or her early career in the Alliance. Samara was the only one outside of the original crew that knew about Kaidan. Shepard would talk about Kaidan a lot, usually unintentionally. Samara only could listen, losing love was something from so long ago. But she nodded in the right places, and lent Shepard the sympathetic ear and compassionate advice and reassurance that she craved. Shepard fell asleep once in starboard observation, Samara brushed her hair out of her face and placed a blanket around her shoulders before returning to meditation.
Kaidan had chosen starboard observation because he felt a heaviness to the room that somehow drew him in. Or maybe it was the blanket he found stuffed away in a forgotten corner that smelled like Shepard.
Everything is more significant now having played the conclusion. Everything carries so much more weight.

Tali’s loyalty!
God I want to punch Zal’Koris right in the qwib qwib. But I’ll have to wait for that one. He is SUCH a douche. God what an asshole. But honestly I agree with his standpoint about the geth. I have serious issues with how belligerent the Quarians are about taking back their homeworld. I know its hard, but it can goddamn wait. Just a few freaking months and then Shepard will go all Messiah and save it for you.
Veetor’s little bounce is the cutest thing on earth.
Kal! Kal’ Reeeeegarr <3 So noble and awkward and perfect. He and Tali are going to have a home on Rannoch. It is law he is not dead. Just can’t get over how cute it is when he calls her Ma’am. He should have just joined up with Tali in Engineering man.
I always think that Tali hugs would be the best hugs. She’d get a hug and then giggle nervously afterwards XD Little sisters are the best.
On Pragia now, I like standing in the rain and watching the water animation drip off my Shepard’s hair and back. She’s probably thinking about Kaidan… and about snow in his boots ^_^
KARA REPLAYS THE MASS EFFECT SERIES: LOG 32
I played two dlcs just now. Zaeed and LoTSB.
I love LoTSB taxi banter and banter when they’re trying to hack the door to get inside. Its hilarious, especially since headcanonically my Shepard is the worst driver in the world and caused Liara to lose her lunch on Noveria.
“WHAT KIND OF WEAPONS DOES THIS THING HAVE?”
“Its a TAXI CAB. IT HAS A FARE METER.”

I’ve probably gone on about this before, but it breaks my heart every single time Liara leaves the Normandy after she visits. Shepard looks so so sad. Like she’s finally getting a chance to be herself again in the open and that leaves with Liara. She shifts around and sits sort of deflatedly. And major props to Jennifer Hale for that amazing last line. It just made me leak feels all over the place. She misses her family, her SR1 crew and the hell they went through together. Shit like that makes bonds that are hard to break.
The Zaeed DLC is the first place where Paragon interrupts carry real weight. Like more than just saving the galaxy with smiles. Never was too crazy about this mission. It was just sort of meh. Zaeed is just a meh character for me.
Normandy crash site. Oh keelah. The snow falling. Flashbacks of Pressley and Ash. Just standing there and knowing you’re never going to see the SR1 ever again. My shepard just sat in the snow by Ash’s old post for a while, just trying to be back with her beginnings one more time. The Normandy was the first home she found after hers was destroyed. She didn’t like having to give it up.

I ship legion with everyone ;3; He deserves all the love from everyone he is just that adorable. Like everyone who loves Grunt like their baby, Legion is my baby.
Shepard: Why did you use my armor?
Legion: There was a hole.
Shepard: Yes but why specifically my armor? Why not repair it earlier, or with something else?
Legion: No data available.
The geth have not discovered the necessary coding for “love” yet ^_^ Let’s face it, Legion loves mama shep. Whether romantically or otherwise heh heh heh *wrex laugh*
The questioning of the geth having a soul, being considered on the same level as organics and having organic values is a beautiful contrast to the Reapers and their deeming of organic life as chaos and necessary to destroy. It breaks my heart every time the theme is brought up.
