Does anyone have any idea? Health services around here sucks. I'm going to list everything that may or may not be relevant. Please tell me if you have any idea what's going on

You prolly have gastroenteritis...or stomach flu. Take a NSAID (like ibuprofin) to reduce fever and aches, and keep drinking water.
