A good day, even if a little bit on the "ow. ow. ow. ow." side due to excessive gardening.  I've finally recovered most of our back patio area from The Branches That Stole The World (off of the tree we had cut down).  All tree refuse is now stowed in small bundles on the sides of our property, awaiting transport elsewhere.  I have concrete again.

Oof, I saw that post. That's a helluvalotta mulching, too. I think my own community garden plot had gotten that bad last year--I suspect that if I'd applied for another plot this year, they would've politely declined my request. ;-)
