I love these, and this is probably my favorite so far.

By the by, the song was written by Jim Steinman, known for writing inexplicably successful epics for everyone from Ms. Tyler, to Meatloaf, to Air Supply, to Hulk Hogan, to the Sisters of Mercy.

Hmm... I'll have to look up this Steinman person. This is definitely my favorite of the literal videos. A-ha's "Take on me" and Tears for Fear's "Head over Heals" aren't bad, but some of them are downright lousy. This one was simply inspired, although given the base video, they had a lot to work with.

Meatloaf's video for _Anything for Love_ also gave them a *ton* of material; I can't decide which I prefer.
