I wish I could describe in words how amusing this is. The guy next door (who likes to play is music very loud) is currently blasting Du Hast and he keeps randomly shouting out German words in either a cheesy evil overlord voice or falsetto.

And let me tell you, there is nothing quite like Rammstein in falsetto. Nothing.

Why do I always end up next to the people who want to play music loud late at night?

Well, Thanksgiving was fun. Was very lazy, ate a lot of good food, and slept. What more can one ask from a vacation? Of course, it would have been nice had I actually done some of the work I lugged home, but c'est la vie. Today there was an open session for us seniors where we could go and make sure we had all of our requirements to graduate in spring. So I went. Now, Emory has an online degree audit thing, where it tells you what requirements you've filled, etc. Only thing is, it doesn't take into account classes taken while at Oxford ( Read more... )

I got back from work AND MY HEAT WAS WORKING!!! Finally, my room is warm. Wonderful, wonderful heat.

The heat isn't working for half my dorm building. Guess who's room falls in that half?

But I have everlasting gobstopper candy canes, which makes it all better. Okay, maybe not, but they help.

So does hot apple cider.
