Man, on the one hand, it's a funny story.

On the other hand, as a customer service person, I think that the entire fiasco this chick cooked up was EXTREMELY ignorant and bitchy. If I had been one of the people helping her I would have been wicked pissed. Customer service people have to put up with enough shit in a day without someone like this just going out to CREATE more for them for laughs.
