I didn't know it was in Empire Records (cuz I only saw it once and I'm not a huge fan...), lol. It's on the Killers' new cd. And I'm always a sucker for love songs. :D

It's definitely one of those songs that is just perfect to listen to when you're driving around at night. ^_^

Yes, I love listening to songs like this for long drives alone, because I can really belt them out! "Vindicated" by Dashboard Confessional is one of my favorite driving-belting songs, lol. XD

I love when directors/whatever use the same song or artist in stuff. Colin Hay is on the "Garden State" soundtrack, and he also did a lot of songs for Scrubs (I guess Zach has some influence over songs they use in the show, maybe? "Garden State" has such an amazing soundtrack, he must have great taste!)
