I think I figured something out today.  Energy comes from within...as opposed to physical sources.  I've been awake since 9am and it is now 2am.  I went for a run this morning, after which, I felt immediately rejuvinated, energized, and, motivated.  It was great.  I hope in the next 4 weeks before OCS, and the weeks during OCS, I can maintain this ( Read more... )
