Week Two = Done!

Between the shin supports, ice and switching to the treadmill instead of pavement, I think my legs and I may have reached a truce.  My knees are no longer threatening mutiny, at least.  The left knee does still remind me at random moments throughout the day that it is not on board with this program, so I bought it a stretchy brace that I can wear under my clothes. It lets me sleep at night now, so it gets an early Christmas present. ;)

I'll start Week 3 on Friday and the running intervals jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes.  I'm kinda nervous about that, but the last 90-second segment today was *almost* kinda fun, so...

Onward!
