Furnace fixed

It ends up that the main circuit in the unit had to be replaced. It would normally cost about $500 to get it replaced plus labor, but it cost us nothing. I don't know what kind of service plan my mom has, but it is great.

Works fine now. Not cold anymore.

It's the Excel Energy Home Smart plan. It costs about $40.00 a month I think, but it has probably gone up.

I used to have it on my house. Then after five years, I looked and had never had them out. I needed them one day and called. They came out and fixed the drier. It would have been a $120.00 call. I had spent WAY more than that on their plan. :(

So I canceled it and built up an Emergency Fund. That has worked better for me.

But, you folks seem to have mucho troubles with that furnace, so it probably pays for you to have it.
