I don't want this to sound like I am whining, just curious.

How long does it take a bone bruise to heal?

I smashed the top digit of my pinkie at work on 2-28.  I thought I broke it at first, but there was no swelling.  I think I just bruised the bone.  It is still very sensitive.  I have a little brace for it, and am keeping protected most of the

It can take a long while if you actually damaged the bone. A month isn't out of the question. Call your nurse line for your insurance if you want more accurate info. The call should be free.

When I slipped on a concrete slab and landed on my tailbone it was probably 3 months before it didn't hurt anymore at all. Most miserable poops of a lifetime, in case you were wondering.

Having done about everything possible to my hands and fingers, including breaking both my pinky tips . . . yeah, 1-2 months could easily be the case.
