We've just been house viewing, again. Why is it whenever my Mother has a 'tiff' with her SO she wants to move

That's what I like about the relative positions of my place and my parent's - it's a 10/15 minute drive - short enough to be practical for an emergency or even just a quick visit, but far enough away that we all have our peace and privacy. I talk to my parents most days on the phone, but I don't want to live in their pockets!
